2. Trial and Pro License

The Trial version is provided for evaluation. Pro access requires a valid activation key. License details, team access, and deployment scope are provided during purchase and activation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the software, attempt unauthorized redistribution, or remove security and licensing controls. You are responsible for lawful use within your school, institution, or organization.

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for data entered into the application, including student records and exported files. Please apply proper local data governance and retention policies.

5. Updates and Availability

We may provide updates, bug fixes, and improvements over time. Availability of downloads or support channels may change as the product evolves.

6. Disclaimer

EduXam Scan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for reliability and accuracy, no software is guaranteed to be error free in every environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EduXam Scan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the software or website.
